Welcome to The Graceful Grove Snail Mail Club. By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth journey for every letter and story sent from our grove to your home.

1. The Subscription Tiers

We offer three distinct ways to experience the Grove:

• The Digital Tier: An instant download version of our monthly content.

• The Woodland Tier (Physical): UK-based delivery of The Graceful Grove Gazette, art print(s), sticker(s), a greeting card, a tasseled bookmark, and a digital music single.

• The Heritage Tier (Physical): Includes all items in the Woodland Tier with additional curated physical or digital features as specified during sign-up.

2. Billing & Renewal

• Frequency: This is a recurring monthly subscription. Your chosen payment method will be charged on the same day each month (the anniversary of your sign-up date).

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Tiers)

• Location: Physical subscriptions are currently available for UK addresses only.

• Dispatch: Letters are typically dispatched during the third week of each month.

• Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct in your account dashboard. We cannot offer refunds for items sent to an outdated address provided by the subscriber.

4. Digital Content & Copyright

• Usage: All art prints, music singles, and The Graceful Grove Gazette content are for personal use only.

• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes. The "Modern Cottagecore" illustrations and stories remain the intellectual property of Sarah Sillitoe.

• Music: Music singles are provided as digital downloads and are subject to the same personal-use-only copyright protections.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on www.thegracefulgrove.co.uk. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

• Refunds: Due to the bespoke and seasonal nature of the snail mail kits and instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a month’s package has been dispatched or downloaded.

• Damages: If your physical mail arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sarah@sarahsillitoe.com with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

6. Privacy & Communication

• By joining the club, you agree to receive essential service emails regarding your subscription and occasional updates from The Graceful Grove. Your data is never sold and is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
